1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Indian Home Diet (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of the Service

• Indian Home Diet provides general nutrition, fitness, and wellness guidance based on the information you provide.
• The App does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that the profile information you enter is accurate.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (age, weight, goals, dietary preferences, etc.).
• You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Meal plans, workout suggestions, calorie estimates, and food-scanner results are generated with the help of AI and are approximate.
• You should independently verify nutrition information before relying on it for medical or clinical decisions.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise, or weight-loss program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
• Exercise only within your physical ability and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are shown on the Plans screen at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled in advance through the appropriate app store or account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, recipes, and software in the App are owned by Indian Home Diet or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indian Home Diet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any AI-generated content.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Consumer Redressal / Grievance Redressal

If you have any complaints, feedback, or grievances regarding the billing, data usage, or overall functionality of the App, please contact our designated grievance support desk at support@indianhomediet.com. All consumer escalations will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated promptly.
